BWP PLYWOOD
The most premium sort of plywood, known as BWP grade Plywood in short, or better known as Marine Plywood, is capable of withstanding extensive exposure to water and moisture. Excessive water exposure and moisture cause traditional wood and locally manufactured plywood to distort and decay. They're composed of low-cost materials with a shoddy glue line that's prone to termite and borer infestation. A single solution, Boiling Water Proof Plywood, addresses all of these issues. BWP Grade Plywood is the result of cutting-edge technology and unwavering determination. Because of the superior quality of the Marine Plywood, we have been able to fascinate Indian consumers and enter even rural areas. BWP grade plywood is made using quad-press technique, which results in a warp-free, super-strong bond with no surface core gap. The cold-pressing of veneers is followed by a hot-pressing of the cold-pressed veneers. To assure the quality and durability of the BWP plywood, a cold press with face veneers is followed by a hot press with face veneers. Three types of ultimate treatments are used in the production of BWP grade plywood. VPT treats each layer with a mixture of several toxicants (Vacuum Pressure Treatment). This provides the plywood a silky smooth finish and makes it resistant to borers and termites. Our BWP grade plywood is bonded with the best glue available, which is free of harmful chemicals and suitable for use in residential settings. The resin aids in preventing borers and termites from penetrating the plywood veneers. Our in-house adhesive's shear strength exceeds ISI specifications, ensuring that you, our customer, get the greatest experience possible.
